Remembering Pearl Rashbass Turner

In Memoriam

Sadly Pearl Rashbass Turner my beloved twin from the Class of 1958, passed away on 20th December 2015.
After we both left JAGS we studied at St. Martins School of Art, which I believe is now a college. There she blossomed. Pearl studied Sculpture and Stone Lettering under the late, famous Sculptor Sir Anthony Cairo.
She was the best of her year; she was chosen by Thames Television to become a make up artist to the stars! She did the makeup and hair and any disfigurement needed for the programme. Pearl was Benny Hill's only make-up artist.
Pearl was a wonderful artist in drawing and painting. She married at 60 years of age to a kind and caring lawyer. Pearl was a very brave person loved by all.

Gillan Eshaghpour (nee Rashbass and Pearl's twin sister)
