JAGS is one of the leading UK schools for our support of a significant number of bursary pupils; currently around 17% of Senior School students receive financial support, which covers not just the tuition fees, but the whole JAGS experience. In this challenging climate, raising funds for a life transforming JAGS bursary is even more important than ever. Recently, we launched our biggest bursary fundraising campaign in recent years. In doing so, we shared our powerful and moving film, which so clearly and poignantly explains why raising money for the JAGS Bursary Fund is such a priority for us.
We are delighted to announce that, by popular demand, JAGS is now registered with the British Schools & Universities Foundation (BSUF). This means that we will receive 100% of any donation made from the United States to the JAGS Bursary Fund.
If you are a US taxpayer, you can make a tax-deductible gift to JAGS by giving through the BSUF.
BSUF is a US-based charity which supports school and university fundraising in the Commonwealth through tax-effective giving in the US. It is recognised as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organisation in US tax law. Giving in this way allows JAGS donors to claim a tax deduction on their US taxes, which is not otherwise possible when giving directly to a school or charity outside of the United States.
You can make your donation via the British Schools and Universities Foundation (BSUF), where you will find helpful information on how to donate and make sure your gift comes to us. You might also find their FAQs helpful.
We would be incredibly grateful if you would consider supporting the JAGS Bursary Fund. If you would like to get in touch to discuss this further, you can do so by clicking here.
